The Good Growth Fund is the LEAP's latest £70 million regeneration programme to support growth and community development in London and is now open! This is City Hall’s biggest regeneration programme – providing funding over 4 years to projects that help empower people, make better places, and grow prosperity.
London Economic Action Partnership (LEAP) is the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) for London. The London LEP's Constitution sets out the membership, ways of working and transparency arrangements for the Partnership. Full Terms of Reference for the Partnership and its subordinate bodies are included in Annex A to the Constitution.
In accordance with the National Assurance Framework published by the Department for Communities and Local Government in November 2016, this framework meets this requirement for LEAP and covers all Government funding flowing through LEAP to ensure robust value for money processes are in place.
