The High Streets for All Challenge is an invitation to local partnerships to bring forward and co-design innovative high street recovery strategies and proposals. Each strategy can address common and local challenges and underpin the public re-imagining of high streets and town centres across London.
LEAP’s Constitution sits underneath its Local Assurance Framework. The Constitution sets out LEAP’s membership, ways of working and transparency arrangements. Details on LEAP’s governance structure and terms of reference for the LEAP Board and its subordinate bodies are included at Appendix A. The schedule of funding responsibilities is at Appendix B.
In accordance with the National Local Growth Assurance Framework published by HM Government in January 2019, LEAP’s Assurance Framework outlines the local arrangements to ensure that LEAP has the necessary systems and processes in place to manage delegated funding from HM Government budgets effectively.

The Prospectus for Round 2 funding was launched alongside the LEP's Jobs and Growth Plan. The Prospectus sought proposals (with a preference for private sector-led proposals) that would support innovative ways of creating jobs and skills in emerging sectors, support growth in business and investment and increase productivity.
