The local enterprise partnership (LEP) for London was established in 2012. It brought together entrepreneurs and business with the Mayoralty and London Councils to identify and implement strategic actions to support economic growth and job creation in the capital. First as the London Enterprise Panel (2012 – 2016) and then the London Economic Action Partnership (2017 - 2023), London’s LEP allocated and monitored Local Growth Funding and European Structural and Investment Funds to support and grow the capital’s small businesses, local economies and skills infrastructure.

Papers and minutes from all the London LEP’s meetings can be accessed using the links below. Key London LEP publications relating to London’s economy will remain available through the GLA’s Business and Economy pages. Selected LEP-specific documents are also linked below.

The GLA acted as the London LEP's "accountable body”, entering into funding agreements with central government, the European Commission and recipients of LEP-managed funding on the LEP’s behalf. London LEP decisions were subject to confirmation via the GLA’s formal decision-making processes.
