Professor Greg Clark CBE, Business Member

Prof Greg Clark CBE FAcSS is:Chair, The Connected Places Catapult; Chair of the UK Cities Climate Investment Commission, a Board Member of the Transport for London Board, an Hon Prof, Strathclyde University and Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences. Greg is also the Chair of the UK Government External Advisory Board on Secure Connected Places.

Greg's former roles include: Group Advisor and Global Head, Future Cities & New Industries at HSBC Group; Chair of the OECD Forum of Cities and Regions, Senior Advisor to the World Bank and Inter-American Development Bank, Global Fellow at the Brookings Institution and Global Fellow at the Urban Land Institute, a member of the UK Urban Centres Recovery Task Force, Chairman of the London Stansted Cambridge Consortium, Chairman of the JLL Cities Research Centre, Commissioner on the West End Commission, member of the Crossrail 2 Growth Commission, and member of the West Anglia Task Force. Greg is co-founder of The Business of Cities Ltd. He is a writer, speaker, and broadcaster and author of 10 books and numerous reports on cities, mobility, sustainability, investment and innovation.
