LEAP’s Constitution sits underneath its Local Assurance Framework. The Constitution sets out LEAP’s membership, ways of working and transparency arrangements. Details on LEAP’s governance structure and terms of reference for the LEAP Board and its subordinate bodies are included at Appendix A. The schedule of funding responsibilities is at Appendix B. The latest version was updated in January 2023.
